Where is the wedding reception being held?
Our reception will be held at the Crowne Plaza Warwick in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! The Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick offers ample on-site parking for guests, so you won’t need to worry about finding a spot.
Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just attending the celebration, there is plenty of convenient parking available.
What time should I arrive?
Guests are encouraged to arrive by 5:00 PM to enjoy cocktails and the start of the evening’s festivities.
What kind of food will be served?
We will be serving a full Indian buffet-style dinner featuring traditional, bold, and flavorful dishes that reflect our culture and celebration.
If you have picky eaters in your group, please come prepared. We’re excited to share the food we love as part of this special day!
Is there a hotel room block or discounted rate for guests?
Yes! We’ve arranged a discounted room block at the Crowne Plaza for our wedding guests. Please use our wedding code ” KNW” when booking to receive the special rate for 1 night.
Is the hotel dog-friendly?
Yes! The Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick is dog-friendly, so your furry companion is welcome to stay with you at the hotel 🐾
While we love your pets, our wedding reception will be a pet-free event. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the celebration comfortable for all guests.

Is there shuttle service from the airport?
Yes. Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport, making travel to the hotel easy and convenient.

What is the dress code?

We invite you to celebrate with us in either Indian attire or formal black-tie wear. Think elegant, festive, and ready to celebrate!
